Experience. Evidence.
Educational integrity.

Adam Wadi's career brings together vocational education, hospitality teaching, business consulting and specialist Recognition of Prior Learning work.

Through Wadi Education Consultancy, Adam has supported RTOs with training delivery, assessment resources, internal audits and organisational capability. Since July 2023, his consultancy work has focused on designing, implementing and managing end-to-end RPL pathways across multiple training packages.

His work includes evidence mapping, competency conversations and gap analysis, alongside advice on RPL frameworks, assessment strategies and assessor decision-making. He also supports candidates in understanding how their workplace experience can be demonstrated against competency requirements.

Earlier teaching and assessment roles with MEGT, William Blue College of Hospitality Management and Blue Mountains International Hotel Management School provide a practical foundation for his perspective on learning and capability.

A considered approach.

Respect experience

Recognise that useful learning happens through work and life, as well as through formal study.

Look closely at evidence

Distinguish a description of someone’s experience from a demonstration of what they can do.

Keep the standard clear

Make the purpose and expectations of assessment understandable without promising an outcome.
