Assessment evidence
Make the connection between the work and the skill.
A job title provides context, but a useful evidence record explains the work performed, the individual’s contribution and the conditions under which it was completed.
Examples may include work products, records, explanations and observations, depending on the assessment requirements. Evidence needs to be considered for relevance, authenticity, currency and sufficiency. The provider should explain the process and any specific requirements.
Ask for guidance before sharing workplace material. Confidential information and personal details should be handled through the provider’s approved process, with appropriate permission where needed.
